1. Your account

You must be 13 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

2. Free & paid plans

The Free plan includes up to 5 image generations per day. Paid plans are activated by our team once payment is confirmed. Plans are month-to-month.

3. Refunds & cancellations

Once your plan is activated, the purchase is final and non-refundable.If you wish to cancel a paid plan, you must contact our team on WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment and before the plan has been activated on your account. After activation, or after the 24-hour window has passed, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may still cancel future renewals at any time to avoid being charged again.

4. Ownership of generated images

You own the images you generate on any plan and may use them commercially, subject to acceptable-use rules below.

5. Acceptable use

You may not generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, impersonates a real person without consent, or infringes third-party rights.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance and provider outages may occur.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
